About Newgate Simms
Newgate Simms is a private company
formed in 1978 to act as the distributor for overseas principals. Working originally in the composite
industry the product range has now grown to cover a range of speciality chemicals and lubricants for
the rubber and plastics industry and the automotive industry amongst others. In addition to
distribution capabilities there is a separate division operating as a contract manufacturer and packer
for a wide range of industrial and retail products.
Sales and technical service operate from our plant in Chester and are active in the UK, Republic of Ireland and France.
