A complete choice of mould release agents for the different stages of the tyre construction are available. There is a superb range of bladder and mould treatments on offer, these water based, semi-permanent products improve the finished tyre and can shorten cycles.
All of the Kemi product range are high-tech and specifically featured for each different application in the rubber industry - shaped and reinforced hoses (extruded both on flexible and rigid mandrels), transmission belt, compounds of thermoplastic rubber and latex foams. Most products are biodegradable, having a very low impact on the environment.
